From Hollywood to Costco: Jennifer Garner's Passion Project
When Jennifer Garner isn’t busy filming the next big Hollywood blockbuster, she’s often seen enjoying her downtime with her kids—whether it’s attending church or grabbing dinner in Los Angeles with her partner, John Miller. But recently, the Peppermint star decided to roll up her sleeves and head to Costco. On February 27, Jen was spotted handing out smoothies to customers at a Costco location, showing her dedication to her organic baby food line.
Now, this isn’t just any ordinary smoothie we’re talking about. The 46-year-old actress was promoting her very own organic baby food brand, Once Upon a Farm. Founded in 2017 alongside partners Cassandra Curtis, Ari Raz, and former Annie Homegrown president John Foraker, the brand focuses on providing nutritious and delicious options for babies, toddlers, and kids. If you’re curious to see what all the buzz is about, scroll down for some exclusive pics of Jen in action at Costco!

Behind the Scenes: A Day in Costco with Jennifer Garner
Once Upon a Farm shared the special moment on their Instagram page, posting a collage of photos capturing Jen’s time at Costco. “Hello, @costco. Our co-founder @jennifer.garner served up smoothie samples this week! Look for our #coldpressed #smoothie 8-packs in select Los Angeles & Bay Area stores,” the caption read. In the images, the Alias star can be seen beaming with excitement as she interacts with customers, donning a charming red apron adorned with the Once Upon a Farm logo.
This wasn’t the first time the mom of three—Violet, 13, Seraphina, 10, and Samuel, 7, whom she shares with ex-husband Ben Affleck—has rolled up her sleeves at a grocery store. Back in August 2018, Jen made an appearance at a Kroger store in Cincinnati, Ohio. While she was ready to charm shoppers with her smoothies, not everyone was as thrilled. “I’m really busy,” one shopper bluntly told the star, leaving her slightly taken aback but not discouraged.

Spreading the Word: Fans Begging for More
Despite the occasional brush-off, it seems that Once Upon a Farm is doing just fine. Fans of the 13 Going on 30 star were quick to express their excitement and support in the comments section of the Instagram post. “I would be thrilled to see you guys in San Diego! We love @onceuponafarm and would love to buy it wholesale at @costco!” one fan gushed. Another chimed in, saying, “Can’t wait for you to hopefully someday get into Sam’s Club as well! Love from Florida.”
Jen’s commitment to expanding the reach of Once Upon a Farm is evident, and she’s not stopping until her products are available everywhere. “As a mom of three and Save the Children artist ambassador, I am passionate about childhood nutrition and making sure we are leaving a healthier and happier planet for the next generation,” she expressed in a 2017 statement. “Once Upon a Farm helps parents keep their promise to deliver the best nourishment for their children’s bodies and souls.”
