Jo and Chip, both 44, are no strangers to hard work. They run an empire that keeps them busy, but Joanna says it's a blessing that baby Crew, who's now 9 months old, loves being by her side. "He's my little sidekick," Joanna gushed. "He comes to work with me every day and goes to all my meetings. There’s literally a sign-up sheet because everyone wants to hold him."
