At 46, Jennifer Garner is not just looking fabulous but thriving in every aspect of her life. A lot of that credit goes to her new partner, John Miller, who has been a supportive companion in her fitness journey. The couple has been hitting the gym together, and it’s paying off big time for Jennifer. She's in the best shape of her life, and it’s clear that John's active lifestyle has had a positive influence on her.
Why Jen's New Relationship Feels Different
According to an insider, Jennifer is glowing, and a big part of that is due to her relationship with John. "Jen’s in the best shape of her life, and it’s wonderful that she’s got a guy who loves being physically active and is in super shape, too," the source revealed to Life & Style. The insider also pointed out that this relationship feels a lot different from her marriage to Ben Affleck. It’s not just about fitness; it’s about shared passions and mutual encouragement.

Active Living: The Key to Their Connection
What makes this relationship so special is the active lifestyle they share. Unlike her time with Ben Affleck, where physical activity seemed to take a backseat, Jennifer and John are all about staying fit together. "One of the big turn-offs with Ben toward the end of the marriage was how inactive he was," the source shared. "He let himself go and lacked motivation, but Jen and John are doing everything from pumping iron to Taekwondo, biking, and hiking. They're both big body and health nuts, and that's part of why they're so hot together."

Interestingly, it’s not just Jennifer who’s caught the fitness bug. Her ex-husband, Ben Affleck, has also taken steps towards a healthier lifestyle. Recently, he admitted to trying Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez’s 10-day, no carb and no sugar diet to boost his health.

Ben Affleck's Health Challenge
“You know, I’d hate to be shallow about it, but I just did the A-Rod 10-Day Challenge, which I saw on this show and got inspired by,” Ben told Hoda Kotb on Today. “It was a little bit tough. But I did it, I feel better — it’s awful for the first couple of days because I am definitely someone who likes bread and sugar.”
Even though Ben admitted to cheating a little on the challenge—especially with caffeine—he said it was still beneficial. “There’s supposed to be no caffeine, but I cheated a little bit, I have to say,” he confessed. “It’s one of those things where it’s terrible but then you get through it and you’re like, ‘Oh, I feel pretty good.’”
