In a candid caption accompanying a photo where she lifts her shirt to showcase her toned midsection, Kate revealed, "Okay my friends, wanted to share! I’m a couple lbs from goal weight!” Now, here’s the kicker—she managed all of this without stressing over food or overworking herself at the gym. “I’ve done it without stressing on food or working out like crazy although I have been disciplined,” she added.

Kate, who famously starred in Almost Famous, is also an ambassador for Weight Watchers, and she took a moment to shout out their app in her post. “I’ve taken my time, I’ve stayed true to my @ww app which I am so grateful for our relationship and that they included me in their family because it’s an incredible set up.
